[ご協力の呼びかけ] フィリピンの台風災害大学と大学生のための募金 ›› English

フィリピンの台風災害を受けた大学と大学生支援募金委員会 先日フィリピンを襲った超大型台風により多くの人々が犠牲になり、９００万人強（同国人口のおよそ1割）が被災者となっています。日本からも政府による緊急援助隊や自衛隊の派遣、救援物資の送り届けなどが行われ、多くの日本企業も様々な救援事業を開始しています。また、各地の市民団体や国際協力ＮＧＯなどもそれぞれのフィリピンでのカウンターパートを通じて支援活動をしています。さらに、社会インフラにも壊滅的打撃を与えていることから、中期長期的にも支援や協働が求められてくると考えられます。 私たちは名古屋外国語大学、名古屋学芸大学及び名古屋学芸大学短期大学部の構成員（教員、職員、学生）として、私たちにできる行動を起こすことにしました。被害を受けたフィリピンの大学と大学生の支援のために、多くの方々のご理解とご協力を得たいと願っています。皆さんから、そして皆さんを通して、力強いご支援をいただければ幸いです。 この活動は当面、今年末まで続けます。集められたものは全額、フィリピン中部地域（ビサヤ地域と呼ばれており、サマール島、レイテ島、セブ島、ネグロス島、パナイ島などを含みます。）にある大学及び大学生のために活用してもらえるように運営いたします。 どうか格別のお力添えを賜りますよう、重ねてお願い申し上げます。 ■お問い合わせ先 〒470-0197 愛知県日進市岩崎竹ノ山57

Call for Cooperation (draft) Many people suffered from the massive typhoon, which recently hit the Philippines, turning 9 million (10% of the total population) of the country’s citizens into victims. The Government of Japan has dispatched emergency rescue missions together with the Self-Defense Forces and sent emergency provisions, and many Japanese companies, too, have started various rescue projects as well. Further, civil groups and international cooperation NGOs from all over the world are actively providing help through their Philippine counterparts. The disaster has also dealt a devastating blow to the social infrastructure, therefore it is expected that mid- and long-term support and cooperation will be necessary. We, members (instructors, personnel and students) of Nagoya University of Foreign Studies, Nagoya University of Arts and Sciences, and Nagoya University of Arts and Sciences Junior College, have decided to do what we can to contribute to helping the Philippines. We are hoping for your understanding and cooperation. Further, we are kindly asking for encouraging support from and through you. We will continue these activities until the end of the year. Funds collected through our activities will be entirely employed to support universities and university students in the central parts of the Philippines (the Visayas Region including such places as the islands of Samar, Leyte, Cebu, Negros or Panay).
